Enriching Your Life!

This fall, you can enrich your spiritual life with new class offerings of our Spiritual Foundation program. Starting September, you can chose from these interesting classes. As we partner with the churches on the 380 corridor, Cross Way UMC and Elm Ridge UMC, we have access to a variety of classes at a variety of times and locations. Alpha I

Sundays, September 13 to November 8, 2015
4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Elm Ridge UMC

Do you want to know who Jesus is? Do you want to know about the meaning of life? These and other meaty questions are explored in this study. This course is for anyone ready to tackle life’s big questions. There is no charge for this course.

Financial Peace University

Sundays, September 13 to November 8, 2015

We all need a plan. Financial Peace University presents biblical and practical steps from where you are to where you dream you will be. This plan will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely and much more. Cost for this course is $100 for materials and content.

Disciple One

Wednesdays, September 16 to November 18, 2015

Disciple One is a disciplined bible study designed to emphasize the wholeness of the Bible. Both Old and New Testaments are studied in depth. The Disciple program draws upon personal Bible readings and study by the participants along with dynamic group discussions to enrich the participant’s understanding
of the Bible.

Bible 101

Where did the Bible come from and what is the right way to read it? If you have ever asked yourself these questions then you will want to participate in this study. This class will go over basic introduction of what the Bible is, where it came from and how to read scripture. There is no cost for this class

Wild at Heart

Thursdays, September 24, October 8 & 22, and November 12, 2015

Are you the man God intended you to be—passionate- adventurous- free? This book looks at Christian manhood challenging you to peruse the purpose God has given you and encourages you to travel the road less taken. This men’s group will meet at Elm Ridge UMC and the Cost is $11.00 for the book.

Surviving the Holidays
